Real Estate Camera Terms of Service

Service
Real Estate Camera provides automated photo enhancement, furniture removal, and virtual staging. AI outputs can contain errors or visual changes. Users must inspect every result and remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, disclosure, and suitability of property-listing materials.
Listing and disclosure responsibility
The app does not guarantee that an output complies with every MLS, brokerage, advertising, fair-housing, consumer-protection, or local rule. Users must disclose virtual staging, furniture removal, or material image editing whenever required and must not use the service to misrepresent a property.
User content
Users retain their rights in uploaded photos and represent that they have permission to upload and process them. Users grant the limited rights required to host, transmit, process, and return the requested outputs. We do not use listing photos to train models without a separately disclosed product choice and consent.
Credits and subscriptions
- Enhancement currently costs 1 credit; furniture removal and staging cost 2 credits. Prices and costs may change prospectively with notice.
- Subscription duration, localized price, renewal, credits, upgrades, downgrades, refunds, and cancellation are shown at purchase and in the applicable store.
- Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Open Credits or Settings and choose Manage web billing to change plans, cancel renewal, update payment details, and view invoices. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid term. Monthly credits arrive after a billing-period payment is confirmed; changing a plan does not grant another monthly allocation immediately.
- iOS and Android purchases are processed by Apple or Google Play through RevenueCat. Manage renewals and request refunds through the store where you purchased.
- For web refunds, contact support. Refunded or disputed payments remove proportional credits from your available balance without making it negative. Credits actually removed for a dispute are restored if the dispute is resolved in our favor, subject to any remaining refund adjustment.
- Failed provider jobs refund the credits debited for that job once.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you lack rights to process; illegal content; credentials or highly sensitive documents; or content intended for fraud, discrimination, harassment, or property misrepresentation. Automated limits may protect the service.
Availability and disclaimers
AI and third-party services may be unavailable or produce incorrect results. The service is provided subject to the disclaimers and liability limits permitted by applicable law.
Account termination and deletion
Users may sign out or delete their account in Settings. Account deletion immediately cancels Stripe web subscriptions without creating an additional invoice or automatic refund, and expires pending web checkouts before removing app data. If a bank payment is processing, deletion must wait until it settles or is cancelled. Apple and Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the applicable store. We may suspend accounts for abuse, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements.
