Virtual staging, 2 credits. The before is a sample scene; the after is the unretouched file the app returned. Staged results are flagged virtually staged in the app.

Real Estate Camera charges per edit, not per month. Each photo edit uses credits: 1 for Enhance, 2 for Declutter and 2 for Virtual staging. Depending on the pack, each credit costs $0.33 to $0.50. That means a staged room costs $0.67 to $1.00 and an enhanced photo $0.33 to $0.50. The same prices apply on the web, iPhone and Android.

Do credits expire?

Pack credits never expire. Buy a pack for one listing and use the remaining credits whenever you list another property.

What happens if an edit fails?

The credits are returned to your balance automatically. There's no form to fill in.

Pack or monthly plan?

Packs suit agents whose workload varies from month to month. A plan suits a steady workload: the Pro plan gives 50 credits a month for $19.99, the Business plan 150 credits a month for $49.99.

How many credits does one listing take?

A 25-photo listing with all photos enhanced, three rooms decluttered and four staged uses 39 credits, covered by the 60 credits for $24.99 pack.

Does a rerun cost credits?

Yes. Editing a photo again, such as in a different staging style, counts as a new edit. Only failed edits are refunded automatically.

Is my first credit really free?

Yes, you get 1 credit when you sign up, with no card required. It covers one Enhance. Declutter and Virtual staging require 2 credits.
