What it won't do to your listing
Buyers walk into the real house. Every edit stops where the photo would start lying to them.
- Paint a gray sky blue: Enhance keeps the sky you shot. Overcast stays overcast, and a brown lawn stays brown.
- Move walls, windows or doors: Rooms keep their shape and their fixtures. Declutter takes out furniture and leaves the house alone.
- Hide damage: Enhance leaves stains, cracks and worn floors in the picture. Covering them up is the edit that gets listings pulled.
