For a handful of rooms a month, a pay-per-pack app is a fair Collov AI alternative. As of October 2026, Collov's cheapest plan costs $19 a month, billed as $228 a year. Real Estate Camera sells 20 credits for $9.99 without a subscription. Staging a room takes 2 credits. Collov does more exterior edits, though.
We checked Collov's pricing page on October 24, 2026. Real Estate Camera is our app, so weigh my recommendation with that in mind.
What Collov AI charges
Collov displays a monthly price for each of its four plans, but bills yearly. Getting started costs at least $228 up front. As of October 24, 2026, Standard includes staging and furniture removal for 60 photo credits a month. Twilight and lawn edits require Advanced, at $49 a month. The plans are listed below:
- Standard: $19 a month for 60 photo credits, billed as $228 a year. Includes staging, furniture removal, a commercial license and the one-click staging disclaimer.
- Advanced: $49 a month for 150 credits. Adds twilight and lawn replacement. You can also remove rain and clouds, change the season or fix pool water.
- Premium: $79 a month for 263 credits.
- Enterprise: $127 a month for 526 credits, plus multi-angle staging, 360 panoramas and 3D tours.

Side by side
Collov costs less per staged room if you use every credit: about $0.24 to $0.32, compared with $0.67 to $1.00 on Real Estate Camera. The catch is Collov's $228 yearly commitment. Real Estate Camera starts at $9.99 for 20 credits that never expire and includes a phone camera. Collov also offers twilight and lawn edits, plus sky swaps. Real Estate Camera doesn't.
| Collov AI | Real Estate Camera | |
|---|---|---|
| Cheapest way in | $228 a year (Standard) | $9.99 for 20 credits, no plan |
| Staged room | 1 credit, about $0.24 to $0.32 if you use them all | 2 credits, about $0.67 to $1.00 |
| Unused credits | Tied to the plan | Never expire |
| Twilight, lawn, sky edits | Advanced plan and up | No |
| Phone camera built in | Web app | iPhone and Android app with a camera |
| Staging label | One-click disclaimer | Staged files labeled virtually staged |
Those Collov prices per credit assume you use the whole allowance. Stage eight rooms in a slow month on Standard and each costs closer to $2.40.
Where Collov is the better pick
Collov does more. It sells twilight conversions and lawn replacement. It can turn a gray sky blue, too. Real Estate Camera can't do those edits. And for brokerages staging hundreds of rooms a month, Collov Enterprise costs less per photo than any of our packs.
Be careful with Collov's exterior edits. A swapped sky or painted-in lawn changes what a buyer sees at the property. California's AB 723 requires disclosure for that kind of change, and many MLSs restrict it.
The two gaps Real Estate Camera fills
No yearly commitment. With an annual plan, agents listing a few homes a quarter pay for months they don't use. Real Estate Camera packs never expire. Buy a $9.99 pack in March and you can still use it in October.
Shoot and edit in one place. Take the photo in Real Estate Camera and run Enhance, Declutter or Stage. Save it to your phone before you leave the house. Here's the result screen after an Enhance:

Questions
How much does Collov AI cost?
As of October 2026, Collov's pricing page lists Standard at $19 a month for 60 credits, Advanced at $49 for 150, Premium at $79 for 263 and Enterprise at $127 for 526. Those monthly prices are billed yearly, so Standard is $228 up front.
Is there a Collov AI alternative without a subscription?
Yes. Real Estate Camera sells credit packs that never expire, from 20 credits for $9.99. A staged room is 2 credits, about $0.67 to $1.00 depending on the pack. There's also a monthly plan if you'd rather have one.
What does Collov do that Real Estate Camera doesn't?
Collov's Advanced plan adds twilight shots and lawn replacement. It can also remove rain and clouds, change the season or fix pool water. It also sells multi-angle staging, 360 panoramas and 3D tours on higher tiers. Real Estate Camera does none of those.
Does Collov add a virtual staging disclaimer?
Its pricing page lists a one-click virtual staging disclaimer on the Standard plan. Real Estate Camera labels staged files as virtually staged too. Either way, check your MLS rules for where the label has to go.
Which is cheaper per staged photo?
It depends on how many you stage. If you use all 526 credits on Collov Enterprise, a credit works out near $0.24. If you stage a few rooms a month, a $9.99 pack with no yearly commitment usually costs less in total.
